Have you removed your zanpakuto? Can't have zan when doing bond

i have removed not only zanpakuto,but everything that is removable in game ^^

After the main dies, Aizen needs to have less than 50% of his health left.  So if Aizen has 500k HP, he would need to have lower than 250K HP when the battle ends.  Having Aizen with low HP is what you need, the requirement, doesn't care about the HP of you main.

true,now if i remember the problem why i cant finish this stage is because aizen is too damn op w/o anything on him,the minimum hp that he will have after receiving 20 rounds of damage from minions is 99.98%

no matter what hp they have,ultima's hp is 100%,main is 100%,and the requirement is no more than 50 ...

Okay, then leave gear on that maximizes hp but has minimal def so you can take damage.

You may have to remove stones from gear to accomplish this.

Lower atk, hit rate, block, counter and defense but boost stamina/hp.

Does it say if you can only have main and Ultima in formation?  Cause if not, put some sacrificial partners in formation to die but give them a boost in hp.

There is one more thing you could do.  You could do Inherit for mods to strip him of all mods.  The 3 mods he has now are all defensive type mods(hp, def and avoid injury).  If you don't mind regressing on the mods, that would be the last thing to try.  I don't think I would do that though.

If you go that route, it is better to do it sooner rather than later... Take the hit early and it is less painful.

There's 1 thing that i'm trying to play with
1 minion has death-skill chaos on my whole team,so if i can 1shot my main and make ultima hit himself hard enough then i might clear it,but then again main dies so i'm not too sure about this 1

I certainly do mind on reseting my mods,as f2p it took me a whole lot of time getting mod3,and quite close to mod4,i wont reset them xD
but i will try to reset exclusive skill
