I think they had it confused with lvl 30, 50, 70 etc. instances.

charlie means is instances on world map to get the mats for creating equipments. do it 1 time
Now mine already fix.

Same thing here, 0 crystals, did an instance and did not get my crystals back, please fix

I have try with reseting instance with material : Don't work (reimbursse 50 gold)

I just autoed the lv 70 and lv 50 instances = no crystals , then i manually entered lv 30 instance did 1 battle = no crystals.

Refreshed the game still no crystals.
