Plus the tavern partners have worse skills than event partners(besides Bambi) and they only have 2 or 3 bond partners.

oh and btw .. he not only shows Aizen's growth rates after red upgrade but he does show Kisuke's upgraded stats also .. 5 str 5.4 wis 5.4 agi and 4.8 sta.. the screenshot is a little blurry but u can make out the numbers .. its because someone has taken a photo from a camera and the monitors screen has a glare to it.. but u can indeed see what the stats will be..

i get the base stats wont be as much as hikifune.. thats why i said that hikifune is NATURALLY faster.. but not everyone has that godly hikifune .. and not EVERYONE spends as much as scrublord AssassinwithRPG does... so the possibility of having kisuke faster than a hikifune isn't entirely impossible..

I'm pretty sure it will still be not enuf to beat hiki's speed. Lets say hiki and urahara are of same lvl's (eg lvl 120) and same gear (slot machine or cyclone gear) and hiki doesnt ve her mods, may be it wud be close then. But 20% speed from mods is easy to get with inherit option. If i were you I'd wait and see how it turns out rather than getting to a conclusion.

like i said.. not everyone will have the same exact set up tho.. i've seen some weak Hikifune's who are getting outspeeded by a normal 2.7 Agi Growth rate kisuke.. imagine how that would turn out with the 5.4 agi lol..

ok granted my Kisuke exclusive was lv. 25 or something.. but.. still.. its not entirely IMPOSSIBLE to beat someone's hikifune.. just because they have hikifune doesn't mean they know everything about everything of the game.. nor do they have her set up properly..

yes common sense tells you that if both are set up the exact same way.. Hiki will be that much faster because as i've stated.. SHE'S NATURALLY faster.. base stats + growth rate + mods + evo + exclusives .. she's just naturally faster.. but as i said.. not everyone builds her to perfection.. seriously.. lol

also.. at this point in time we don't know what kisuke's 2 extra mod stats are.. so for all we know it could be a 20% speed increase.. or agility by a certain percent.. or both lol.
