Did you try the things they did say should work? i was 1. in event and also lost everything and the solution they gave everyone didnt work for me. also i guess if they dont do something they loose alot of players

they said doing one instance not auto like the level 30,50,70 and so on and then one normal stage to get crystals once then reload page
