I don't think you will be able to upgrade a purple partner.

I can't do a straight swap since she can only use purple hogus.  I put together this set with my un-used Mayuri mod-soul(lvl 121), Mayuri's gear with less hit stones, no fury stone plus more block stones since Mayuri doesn't need that much to hit cap.

I normally don't use a vanguard, but I do register Yachiru every once and a while in CSB.  Sometimes I use both tavern Yachiru and Delicate Yachiru.

so much confusion there...  yours has 3 more stars mod, 85k more attack, and 16 levels higher than mine, yet 200k BP higher....  wait, nevermind, just looked, he's also got 40k speed on mine, that's probably where the rest of that BP came from... got it
