hesitation between hogus

Hello
I've got 1 Hogu 12 , 1 Hogu 11 and 296 hogu talismans.Playing with Hyorinmaru, stacking Nozarashi and all my speed on Shy Nemu, wanna make the GodNoza
I also have a hogu 10 agility lvl 4
I don't know what I should do with these Hogus


Goal formation :
Shy Nemu (with t1)     R.Ulq (or B.Renji for death effect)  
                                                                                          Noza Kenny         With Hyorinmaru
Kirinji                           Main

So what do you think I should do ??

#GodNoza means he gets the best of the best, no question here bro, make sure you get Res Ulquorria too for his block bond

bond him hard and heavy, it's what makes him viable vs basicly everyone

I'm a sucker for speed Hugos ^_^

T12 +5 speed (hiki)
T11 +1 Wisdom (hiki)

T10 +8 Speed (Isshin)
T9 +5 Strength (Isshin)

T9 +10 Speed (Shinso)

T10 +0 Stamina (Soph. Rangiku)

And then a random mish-mash of T7-8 +0 here and there.

Never focused alot on vang myself, so I can't help you decide, specially since I never had Noza.
But if he can get as good as other people say.. It might not be a bad investment..

Something tells me you just did Visored with Cupons?~ I think there'll be more chances at getting high tier'd hugos

yeah you right I did the visored revenge , I had 35k coupons from shinigami fund and farming, and it allowed me to get 1 pure t1 ^^
also I'll get my 1 year reward in 1 month so I will be able to do another one visored revenge

I just wanted to play Noza cuz I'm bored losing against people with Ultima or Hikifune stacked in speed
So I thought Noza could be the one, block counters Hikifune's invincibility, and Ultima gives atk to Noza so his block will be instant one shots

But now I have Shy Nemu and if she can play before these two it would help me even better..
Having speed on Shy is either better or worse than stacking Noza : if I'm faster then it's ok, the win is even easier, if i'm slower then i'm fucked up

Hmm, really want one of the new partners, last one I got was Hikifune :p Which I'm stacking speed on xD But, being the lv I am n stuff she's only got 320k speed thus far.

Either way, you might end up getting both speed/(whatever u want) for Shy and Stam/Str for Noza by the next Visored Revenge, it's just those damned Hugo Talismans.. But then again, if you don't need the stones, you could always buy 10x talis for 750 cupons in Black market?.. not sure if thats a waste.. might be.
They seem fairly common though

main is lv 118 and hiki is 114 atm, did some Reincarnation recently.
