Problem people don't receive ANY reward . I don't speck about title but other dewar : spirit stone

You get mailed the stones. You open the mail, click receive attachments and they go to your spirit stone bag.

Think he an EU player.. for which there not been a single thing sent yet.
Hopefully we at least hear something today about what they at least  hope to be doing about this

Thanks for your efforts (I know a lot of people wont bother saying that). even if you get nothing, you spending your own time trying so wanted to publicly say that

well let me say somthing, I've taken 7th place at Eu S39 my Char name is Ogata Taichi and i should recive reward for being in top 10, but still as the event disapeared the reward did it as well, at email i had only compansation for maintance nothing else, I'm wondering how many other ppl got the same problem. Oh yeah btw when the score was reseted after maintance ive lost 9k of cristal and i could not get the 10k box.

Hi some people from EU Server has received the their title from the ultimate BP, ut not all.
for example on the Eu Server 26 only 1 of the 3 get a title whereas.
is that normal ??
