I know Shinso Gin is a beast. Sexy Yourichi is also good. Who else?

if you ever get senju then her and you know whos a fucking beast oetsu his damage is on point and he gives a speed bonus as one of his mods to all allies

Hiki is good to be T1 since her skill gives invincibility to the rest of the team plus buffs the damage of supporters and assaulter.  So with having her the fastest on your team, she should be T1.  It will nullify the other team's T1 as long as they are slower than your Hiki and they don't have the ignore invincibility mod.

My actual fear is, if I synthesis the fury stones for Hiki then I cant redo the synthesis and distribute them among my partners to T1 more than 1 partner.

On the other hand, I can synthesis the stones and T1 Hiki for now, and later on when I get Oetsu from discount frenzy or a cheap event, I can pass over the "synthesized" stones to Oetsu and use him as T1.

Sounds like a good plan, doesnt it ?

Yep mate, my Hiki is my fastest and I am focusing speed on her since she has a great buff

No, Because you want her to give you invincibility when enemy use their skills, which is usually In T2 unless full team of T1s
