I think the general advice is that if you can, buy the lvl 4 pack as it has the fury stones (only way to get them currently). With fury stones though you need quite a few for them to be worthwhile.
It also depends a lot on what you currently have, I feel it is better to have everyone fully equipped with level 1 stones than to have a few lvl 4 stones myself.
Lv4 stone pack is a deal but problem is, it also gives dodge stones and what else not, its a good pack if you want the fury stones to eventually combine into a 100% fury start, but the problem is that if you spend those 880 coupons on purely AGi/STR/WIS stones, you'll be more powerful, faster.
I say if you are a P2P aka Pay 2 play then level 4 if you are more F2P aka Free 2 Play then buy 8 lvl 1's. Because the Fury Stone aint going be worth it to u in long run since of P2P ppl.
