I'm wondering if getting tags for the PGMs would help; although there is a downside to that, it would allow other players to know who the PGM is and that s/he should be treated with a little more respect.

already asked support for smth like that and support told that they are working on smth like that so people would know who is pgm on their server

It's funny how they only show half the conversation and troll on the forums as well as in world chat, yet I have not mentioned nothing of them.  GJ at proving my point guys.

The PGM's job is to help players who have questions about the game. Prevent chat from getting out of hand. Which if everyone is having fun jokingly insulting each other but no raging is going on it is no big deal. But if racism and other stuff that might start making it an unpleasant conversation start getting into play they are responsible for trying to settle the conversation down which if it doesn't then they have the choice of if it is bad enough to report it to the Admins or not. So Chat referee might be a little over the top to call them but the best way to put it is they are a Figure Head Game Moderator. They do everything a GM does without having any of the power directly. It is GoGames admins that are responsible to decide if the PGM's decision warrants actual punishment or not.

It's funny how you accuse them of such things yet you have the sane Print screen button power they have. If you're trolling them in Clan chat it means you're trying to be sneaky about the whole trolling thing to reduce the level of awareness in the situation.

i believe the pgms are unecessary and unfair to the other players that he/she gets 500 free coupons for basically no reason.
