It couldn't be that your constantly babbling about how awesome you are, or how every one who beats you has always just topped up again, for the 300th time? or the fact that you failed to even read the Terms of Service? it couldn't be that some other player just might be better then you. it couldn't possibly be that you're the problem not them? this is the problem with people today. they always have excuses that they can rely on to make them feel better about them selves. so with that said when can they get rid of this Devil on US 45 and Sexkitten on US64 for breaking the ToS? most every one on US server 64 has this person on block but a guild member that hadn't sent me this. Sexkitten sold there account to Devil who in doing so both broke the ToS. as per the ToS in this section here.

JoyFun does not recognize the transfer of our Games accounts or JoyFun accounts. You may not purchase, sell, gift or trade any account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift or trade any account, and any such attempt shall be null and void. JoyFun owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to all of the content that contained in the Game. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any such content, including without limitation the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in the Game, or any other attributes associated with any account.
JoyFun does not recognize any purported transfers of virtual property executed outside of the Game, or the purported sale, gift or trade in the "real world" of anything that contained or originates in the Game. Accordingly, you may not sell in-game items or currency for "real" money, or exchange those items or currency for value outside of the Game."
Again the screenshot has this person admitting to breaking the ToS. the funny thing is after this screen shot was taken some one mentioned it was against the terms of service to buy and sell accounts and Sexkitten then spent the next 5 mins explaining that its not against the Terms of Service in world chat. further proving their ignorance about the game and the rules. if they do not even know the guidelines, how on earth would any one think they are capable of being a PGM it appears this person is just a extremely misinformed and should not be in any position of power on any server.
