How to unlock and at what level?

Hey, i've just started playing this game and all been playing for a week now, Now my friend said that tensa zangetsu is 1 of the best pve/pvp sword... my question is at what level do you unlock it or how do you get it? he doesn't have it but  he seen videos of people using it. He's only lvl 50 10levels higher from me.

its just a dream if u wanna get zangetsu zanpaktou u need to be ready pay 500 dollar even if they realease event one day =) the zanpaktou u may get best is kazeshini and zabimaru for free at lvl 65 ^^

all i can say to you is prepare a lot of money to spend, and if you're Lucky the event which it will be released will be utlimate BP hehehe (now this one made laugh with what happenned lately)

If it is ultmiate BP prepare at least an amount of 5k vits if you wanted it

[ no tensa zangetsu has not yet been released in both US and CN, but if u talking bout Zangetsu then yea ull need min. of $500 + some saved vits for Ultimate BP ]
