Don't know. Ask Rythen. He's not the only one with access to test servers, I think there are 2-3 others but I don't know. They have like 1 billion gold and test the game/events out ahead of the actual servers to help see how they work (telling us about it) and if they work (bugs). But best to ask Rythen for more accurate info on test servers.
