on 25 EU server, I have personally seen players with title

US servers got there reward so all Us players take this situation quite easy.
And dont give a *uck about EU losers.
And it's sad.

this is true for us, they just decided to close eyes

I think that they are having to manually send out the titles. I am guessing they also need to combine the table scores to decide the winner but cant be sure.

They are sending top 3 awards out at least, but dont know how they deciding the order of servers for it. EU25 has got the 1st and 2nd place awards given out. Havent seen the 3rd place one yet but that was really close battle. Before the reset of crystals. 1st) 6k ahead of 2nd,  2nd) 2k ahead of 3rd, 3rd) kept swapping between 2 people and was never more then 150crystals apart.

well, for example on my server, I was ahead of 2nd place 1200 crystals

opening new servers , and forgetting about whats matters is sad ,  at least they can announce that they are working on it and not ignoring people.

and the support ain't even replying the e-mail , which is frustrating.
