[Long-term]Recruiting Player Game Master(PGM) & PGM List

All I want to say is that I request that the US sever 5 PGM be replaced. I feel that he is doing a... inadequate job. He helps some but spends far to long arguing with other players about what he can or cannot do. In one word I would describe him as a tyrant of the gaming community.

If an EU server is opened i want to be on the GM staff because im from SPAIN.
I always try to help everyone even if i dont have to besides i can speak 3 languages spa/eng/rou and i think that could help to solve anyone s doubts not only for those who can speak proper english besides i have some experience since i play in the unlimited ninja game and have a high rank  so my experience would come in handy to the new players.

In order to assist our players to quickly understand the game, our operating team is sincerely recruiting the Player GM (PGM). The detailed requirements and responsibilities for our PGM are listed below.

Requirements:
1.Fan of Bleach Online game;
2. Knowledgeable about the gameplay of Bleach Online;
3. Willing and happy to help others to understand the game;
4. Able to spend the regular period of time in the game everyday, especially from 19:00 to 22:00 everyday.
5. Able to log on Skype regularly to communicate with our GM staff

Work Contents:
1.Answer players’ questions about the game systems and how to play in the World chat channel;
2.Moderate the in-game world chats, give the warning to the players who violate chat rules and keep track of these players; keep the world chat lively
3.Report to the official operating team in case of any incidence, like server down or other issues.

Reward: 500 Coupon / Month.

Pay Day:The salary will be given once every month and the give-out date is on 15th.if the PMG does not work up to a full month or half month,then the salary will be counted based on the
working days.
