Can't log in

Been trying to log onto game, but can't seem to get it right. Using google chrome and it keep giving me the message "" couldn't load pluggin ""

Any ideas anyone?

ive been having a different issue with logging in...mine just loads at the screen to 97% than wont go any further no matter how long i leave it....did it 2 days ago aswell and lasted around 5 hours before i got in...tried clearing cache and everything but nothing seems to work.
