This may or may not help, but:

If you recall back to the Ice Crystal Event where the Ice Titles were up for grabs, they are set to expire after 30 days after activation:



Note the timer at the bottom of the screen. Now, compare this with getting first in the Halloween Event and any other title that you can receive (Chose to Screen Capture Soul King Royalty for convenience):



Based on the timers at the bottom, I believe that the Halloween Titles are NOT permenant. Now, as for the duration that they will be expected to last, I have no idea.

i think it last 1 or 2 months.some last 1 year<---idk if its bleach or UN
