I'm from server 44, so it's doubtful, unless you're server has spent a similar amount of $ as ours.

i know there is 7 vip 4's

hundreds of low vip's

but over half are inactive for each
also 2 vip 6's that i know of

talking abut gay, gai sensei btw gai and rock lee are amazing chars, so sad that naruto was really awesome at first season (anime) then after pain all went to hell
