Details of Server Merger & Cross-Server Battles

I know we the people of Server 123 had a merge when it happened the last time but we still only have like 5 - 10 people on at a time. When I comes to the dailies we are lucky to get the Blood Battles done. With the ES I am the only one on the Shinigami side that participates but that is the same for protect also. It would be really nice if you could help us out.

there should be a recent logged server once you log in on the main browser after clicking "Game Start"

US 202, completely dead. only top 1 guy plays and some stragglers. ryoka event = 1 person

hmm i have a idea but since im new to this maybe its not a good idea. but its it possible to lets say merge severs based on BP. i dont mean same BP. i mean like a percentile rank thing. so all the future merged servers will feature similar players. that also means for the inter server events it will be much more easier to do well cause your not always against top players?
