When i was calculating my stones, i was wondering if some statcaps are really useful.

Example 1 - Crit/Counter
Seems that critrate is completely useless in endgame, when everybody in pvp and in pve will have 90% Counterrate (2*Lv8 + 4*Lv7), since crits will only be possible with the 10% of the partnermod. But this will only be 10% critrate rest then.

Example 2 - Hit/Dodge
At 190% Hitrate, which isnt so hard to get, Dodge is completely useless in pvp and pve.

Example 3 - Block/ Break Def
90% Breakdef makes Blockrate completely useless in pvp and pve.

Only exceptions are the events, as u can hit and block here.
Not sure if this intended or should be working this way ...

I think it would be better, when the calculations of the antistat, would be done b4 the cap is working.

So if u had 150% crit now, it would be capped to 90% and could be nullified with 90% counter completely.
Wouldn´t it be better if u had the 150%, then the difference to the counterrate is calculated and ur effective critrate would be the difference, which could be capped to 90% then if its higher.

Its an unbalanced broken battle system mid to late game.
