US servers get proper treatment, EU servers on the other hand, nobody cares about.

We had the Server lit event bugged, did they do anything about it? Fuck no, and we lost x30 Lv3 Spirit Stone boxes, for no reason, among other stuff.

How about some compensation for that? huh? No? Yeah i didn't think so.

Sadly i'm in the same boat as you.   I don't expect THAT to be fixed or compensated for in any way though :/

In the 3rd tab of the Halloween event, every 300 matches lit, you could claim the box reward which gave x6 Spirit Stone boxes, X2 Hogu talismans and 20 Gold reishi, which could have been claimed once daily, if the server could lit up 300 matches.

We lit 1500 matches on our server, and claimed the box 5 times, but the box was bugged on EUROPEAN SERVERS and did not give proper rewards.

SO yeah, talk about shitty managment.

"maybe" recording mean is the server will stop showing the newest update, not stopping to get the pumpkin point, you should ask the #2 in your server then how many point he has at the end of the event to clarify it

we still didn't even get UBP Rewards is that not enough ?
