Maintenance started at 5am server time, its only 07:33 server time atm... Don't know what you are going on about.   You can do that after the 4h mark, not now xD

No events during this time so I highly doubt it.

Yeah they did and i've received a few Spirit stones (stamina,agility,Hit,strenght) they were lv 2.

I think that was due to your ranking in the event.   Top 50 players (total candles lit) all got rewards.   HIgher your ranking, the better stone pack you got.
