The higher ones are probably best because they give combo, aid rate, speed, attack, and fury. Pretty much everything that matters.

...  not quite what i was asking...

like if there are 3 stages you can get grimjaw claws from, should i do the one that takes the least vit so i can get more claws for less vit, or do the higher level ones so the stuff i get that i don't need i'll use at higher evo levels?   or am i looking into it too deep, lol    I just see others seem to be much higher leveled evo than me, and i spend 90% of all vit on it, have since it started

he georgeous...  and he's no question the best boost for your vang...  any vang except maybe Noza (as Hyorin gives him regen...  a huge deal IMO)

Same, but im waiting for price drop , still abit expensive for 1k, unless it comes in ultimate recharge again
