Need help with the formation

who should i change zabi renji with later on?
he looks better than ikkaku maybe even better than kenpachi but i couldn't decide
(im thinking of getting yamamoto later but since it's going to take long i decided to put someone else if there is stronger than him)

I would just keep in Renji until you can get someone much better like Yama, there is so little difference between the three of them that it would be a waste to get one of them.  I would also focus on getting shura ken, I replaced my own Yama with him.  Then work on getting shinso gin.

I thought so too but i didn't know shura ken thanks. i guess ill do that.

shura ken is thee god among f2p/low vip pve characters
it will make your pve team block every turn (if you put some blockstones on your front line ;-) ) works wonders in ryoka and es
personally i prefer block instead of the dodge some people use against those two

I'm already trying to get comrade contracts for shinso but what is the easiest way to get them without gold? with dail task it just takes all my coupons.

Getting Ryumon Ikkaku first and then getting shinso gin from legendary gallery is the quickest way, but that depends on how quickly you can get the special war partners that you need.  If you think you still won't have Yama by that time then you can just hire him and re-hire him when you need to get shinso Gin.

i was going for ikkaku first anyway but it takes too much coupon and time

The top guy in my sever had a great set-up with shura ken.  He ran shinso and sexy yoru in a 3-2 formation so that his Shura with the 6th mod would skill every turn, he was putting out some nice damage with that setup before he got his B.Renji.

On Renji, you can replace him with anyone that has similar / higher growth rates and similar % damage like, tavern kenpachi, tavern uryu, CSB kenpachi / aizen , most of these are a grind. I would preferably aim for berserker renji if you can get that.
