against other support who have kido defense it really isn't

overpriced does not mean useless...  if your biggest foe has a bad ass vang that you just can't beat, B Rukia for sure is useful..  plus once you can upgrade her to red she will be truely OP-AF

Lmao any decent vanguard ( Sexy Kukakku / TSI ) will end up having higher kido def than rukia can get damage. In reality she will just scratch them.

her raw damage is not her vanguard killing gravy
wow, that pic showed up smaller than i thought...  unless it comes up bigger once i post...  it says...

attack all enemies, growth rate is 200%, decrese all enemies healing rate for 3 rounds by 100%, cast mutulate and stun on vanguard for 3 rounds, decrease enemy vanguards HP by 30% at the begining of each round

last time i'll try bro...  her true power on vangs is NOT HER RAW DAMAGE, it's her mutilate and the fact she stops all healing across the board
