I just noticed now that I cant get major crit when I'm using reatsu pils

I think that it was before

You can get major crits when your reatsu lvl is 11-12 22-23 33-34 44-45 55-56 etc. i just did the 44-45 today

I am lvl 67 and when I point to the gold refine tap, it says that I can get only minor hit..
