may be same issue, it does say however that it raises it for whole party, not at home ATM so no lightshot, but i'll post a pic of it when i get home...  plus D Yachiro is also supposed to have a block mod that says for everyone
if none of these partners do raise your vanguard's block, then I'd go with a 1-1-3 so you can combine str stuff and the likes for TSI

i may be wrong and it could be a aura type mod that does not show up on stats. D yachiru's block mod is only for kenpachi

This is what Mugs mods are, but no, 100% confirmed, does not show up in the stat screen for anyone except Mug himself, so...  typo?
