I'm not taking any sides here, but your definition doesn't mean anything at all.
Just because som ...

Taken from the definition of "exploit" straight from wikipedia:

"Taking advantage of the systems that make up the gameplay. A game mechanics exploit is not a bug—it is working as designed, but at the same time is not working as intended. An example is the "wavedash" in Super Smash Bros. Melee, where the momentum gained from using a directional aerial dodge could be retained on landing; with proper timing this allows characters to use a stationary attack while sliding across the ground.
Each game has potential for exploits unique to that game's rules. For example, in World of Warcraft, wall-walking allowed a player to climb steep mountains that are supposed to be impassable to get into unfinished areas or make one's character not attackable by mobs or other players. EverQuest had an exploit in player versus player analogous to weight cutting in sports whereby a player would intentionally lose levels by dying in order to compete against lower-level players while wielding higher-level items and skills (game mechanics exploit). In the game City of Heroes people were using teleport powers to place others inside the PvP zones' watchtowers which, originally designed as props for atmosphere, had no way in or out if you could not teleport (the towers have since gained a doorway)."

Notice the Everquest exploit is pretty much the exact same thing players are doing here in this game. But, because developers ALLOW it here, it's a legitimate strategy. If they didn't, it would be an exploit.

Yes, the moderator confirmed it's allowed here, I never said it wasn't, hence why my first post said "I'm not taking any sides".
I was just saying your definition doesn't always mean these kinds of tactics are innocent in video games, that's all

no and no

theasom3, thank you for answering. i relieved hearing that.

about the unfairness and unbalanced in cross server battle, it seems the theory is like this:

for example: if you have pure bp of 350k you will challange ppl with bp around 300k-400k.  (the opponent's bp shown at the CSB is bp after reiatsu, which can be seen when you do alliance blood battle)

if you're lucky you get weaker opponents. the reiatsu is like that too. my rei is lv35 and sometimes i got to challange ppl with 30 rei, sometimes around 35 and 36.
and the lineup for cross server battle is likely to be random too. like, at top and 2nd line they have weaker opponent than bottom or 3rd line. of course, if you can't clear bottom ones, getting weaker opponents at top line means nothing.

and, we get to fight someone with higher ranks. my rank is C but I got rank B at top line before (his BP is little higher than me, he is quite strong to be one of B ranks).

about the 2nd day onwards, i wonder if we are arranged to fight the opponents with similar points.

i have question myself, after cross-server battle's season ended, can we keep both of the tokens and challange points or just either one of them?

Tokens are kept, they are an item in ur inventory, points reset after each season so after the first season, your points will be re-evaluated and you will once again be put in ranks (sss,ss,s,a,b,c,d)
