Yes, get Inoue. Since you only have 1 tank and 2 assaulters.

You can recruit partners using comrade contracts (last three chars in this guide).
Grimmjow, Ulquiorra, and Ikkaku (Bankai Form).

Other than this, the contract couldn't do anything else..

I believe it is translation typo or icon misplaced.
There is no red skulls currently.

I noticed on your spirit stones list for Assaulters you didn't list Agility stones, isn't speed the most important stat for them?

Since the space is limited, I divided the amount of STA and counter by half.
6 pcs STR/WIS, 6 pcs AGI, 6 pcs aim, 6 pcs break def, 6 pcs critical, 3 pcs STA, 3 pcs counter

Stat cap of (dodge, crit, counter, break def, block) is 90% and aim is 190%.
However, npc doesn't have cap.
