Maybe.. 5 months later ?
US version actually is using the latest version, but they have locked most of the functions in game. The stars in partner page you are able to see in game (upper left corner) are actually represent the partner's mod stage.

whats the best partner set up at lvl 70? and is the fortify level limit for accecories the same as normal equipment? (main character level)

Yeah talking to some of the support, they are working on server clash type thing, but they are worried the early server monsters will crush later server players. They are also "considering" merging some older servers after my talk with them, as well as "look into" making the gold prices more competitive with Chinese server.

Also, Achievement Page has been switched to status "Coming Soon" whatever that means :p
