Roughly calculated your silver, around 10 mil. Assuming you don't have any gold reishi, you need around 50 mil ~ 70 mil to hire a lv70 partner, you still need to save a lot of silver to reach the requirement of one partner.

Leveling at lv 62, besides grinding on maps, there are participate all daily activities, slave, daily instance.

Np, I don't recommend to use gold/coupons on janken. It is a waste.

Among these three, Bankai Renji is definitely the most valuable partners. He perform very well in either pve or pvp. As for the other two, there are many debates going on in CN forum arguing whether they're good or not. Toshiro is consider good, if you have high rank stone (simlar case with Tavern Shinji). And most people think Shinigami Shinji doesn't worth the money. All of them are S+ characters.
