Correct, but I think Kenpachi is better than Ishida due to his ability to give your assaulters block % (which up's enemy damage taken when they attack you) Sure it's not a ton...but with spare block stones on people...it does quit a bit.

After "character mod" update, Rukia will become one of the godly character which available to all players (both f2p and vip), there is an upragde option which let Rukia to start with 70 fury point
