If the 4 fury stones you mentioned are level 4 stones, getting 3 more will not let any of your char has 100 fury at the beginning. Without the final mod of Uruhara/Rukia, you need a total of 100% fury stone bonus to start with 100 fury points.

The formula is [50 (basic fury) x % (fury stone bonus)] + (mod option bonus, if any) = your starting fury

It depends on whether you have faced any difficulties in instances, trial, palace and hollow soul. If you do, then you might need to hire Yoruichi, if you don't, then you can wait for lv80 partners.

ive looked over that thread a dozen times at least before posting here but missed one key bit of info since i thought it was their base speed not the order of speed which they should go in. ty for pointing that out again. I'm going to have to work on realigning my speed so it matches the right order.

I was hoping formula to be (+ mod option bonus, Initial Fury) then x % stones haha~

And
I may want to stop leveling Ikkaku: Am I doing something wrong? or just unlucky on getting critical +fury ?

Kisuke, Jushiro + Ikkaku, Main, Kenpachi  = Dealing more damage
than
Kisuke, Rukia + Ikkaku, Main,  Kenpachi = Lesser damage

Tried with 8th and 9th skill. Using Zambimaru
Lv.106 Main
Lv.103 Jushiro
Lv.103 Ikkaku
Lv.102 Kenpachi
Lv.100 Kisuke
Lv.. 91 Rukia

No idea, as the developer just provide some screen shots for the new patch. But from the pictures, I saw these partners required golden reishi and some other mats to hire.
