yeh I figgured that the result should be a hybrid, where I swap out partner, I just wondered what to focus on first.

az for event would be better 3x assaulter or supporter ?
the supporter might waste 1 turn by healing or other ataks that dont do damage

IMO they are equally important.
Since additional fury is hard to gain.
Firstly, focus on damage, after have 5 set of str/wis stones (maybe lv5).
You can start to prepare 3 set of critacal stone (for Rukia, Uruhara and Ikkaku, their fury skill can critical, which provide additional fury).
After reach 90% of crit for these 3 ppl, get 3 set of block for assaulter.

3x assaulter is better than 3x supporter.
Since most of the supporter skill's amplifer are lower than assaulter.

Eh.. Ikkaku - S Aizen and Ichigo - A.. Thats.. strange.. He almost got owned by 14th or 17th (cant remember number) Arrancar.. So why is he stronger than - Aizen, Ichigo, Grimmjow, Ulquiorra, Gin etc? ._.
