when i did say for me cuz i have 100% fury and my 5th skill do 350k dmg if i use 9th i do 150k but ...
5th skill should be at around 240% at lv 30 and 9th skill at 210% at lv 30 + 15% more for all.
So i dont know, why ur 5th skill makes more than double damage.
