if I top up 4k gold in a single day during this event, I do get totally 10k gold, right ? (4k + 2K rebate + 4k from halloween feast chests???? )

You could get Katen for about $300 and Ryujin Jakka for around $450 if you spread out your top ups by doing only a $50 and $100 topup each day for 2 days for Katen or 3 for RJ.

If you do a 6k top up, you will get 15k gold plus Normal will get 17 points, VIP6 get 18 and VIP10 get 19.  With that you could get another 24 points and have 3k gold left over.  So that topup will get you 41 points normal, 42 VIP6 and 43 VIP10.  Do that for 2 days and you will have 82-86 points depending on VIP level with 6k gold left.  VIP10 could spend 4k to get up to 94 points then wait to collect 6 more masks from 2 more days of the free masks.  VIP6 would need to wait until the last day and spend 5k.  Normal will max out at 97 points if they spend all gold, so they will need another 1.5k gold.

Events aren't on a schedule they just repeat once a month except for the holiday/special events. And yes katen is 33k gold in witches house shortly since ryujin released in july.

Getting Katen for a 12k(6k for 2 days) topup and RJ for 18k(6k for 3 days) topup is far better than any other event.  You just need to have patience to wait for the free masks.  People less than VIP 6 will need to topup a little more to get Katen though.

There are many ways to get items since there are variety of events and often holdiay events will have something that regular events don't have.
