Reason Brazil went down is not because people didn't spend, It was because of their stupid rebates 400+%, this resulted in people not needing to spend as much. So where as on GoGames to get the best team , zanpakto, all tier 12 stones, You'd need to spend 5k ( just take it as an example, we all know it's more ) dollars on average. On Brazil you can spend 500-700 dollars to get the same, hence they fucked themselves with that. Thank god we will not have to deal with them when global merge tournaments happen.
