Also the socket costs 2 for 1st slot and 4 for 2nd while firelord costs 4 for 1st slot and around 6 or more for stones for 2nd slot, it increases more

is the dmg rate 0.15 or 15%? because its still on as 0.15 does that mean until they fix the typo its actuarlly 0.15%

Regarding question 1, it does increase, but not hugely, still worth advancing when you can do it to all 6 pieces of your set.

Fire Lord: 2 pieces gives 1% more than Aquaria.. so 0.16% instead of 0.15%
4 pieces gives 8700 strength and 8700 Wisdom instead of Aquarias 7900
and on 6 pieces it's +1% to speed, so 8% instead of 7%, Agility remains the same.

The cost of both Aquaria and Firelord is 2 Socket stones for the first socket and the second socket cost is 4.



My guess is, is that both sets require level 60 to be used, hence the cost is the same.
So yeah.. upgrade sockets etc while they are level 60, before you up them to Dark set or above.

Incase you haven't found the answer yet, it's simply a typo.

The 0.15 is actually 15% for both damage and immunity, so no worries, you should be able to upgrade w/o fear of losing Immune or damage rate as well as BP
