I doubt it will be a partner. We had already 4 partners in row so it will probably be zanpaktou. I guess there is no real need to hurry if you are aiming for partner. But I think you wouldn't mind getting good zanpaktou as well and with amount you get daily (if you keep that tempo) you should easily manage to collect quite safe amount of vit for next ubp And either way at your lvl you don't have better use for that vit (making evo without good partners doesn't make much sense and doing stages won't give you as much exp or silver as events). Whatever will be next in UBP hope it will serve you well and good luck
