It's 2 ways:low ranking and stable,but small,rewards,or high,with higher,but very unstable,rewards.
It goes like this:you can be in C rank,and beat every1 in you challenge list.You get rewards,but small.You can go on and on,and fight stronger opponents!If you're strong enough,i recomment you to do all-out attacks,if not,go for stable!You won't win anything,after all,if you lose from the 1st line...

Ah i see, so there is a C line too, i thought there were only SSS, SS, S, A, B.

As the person above said, you can go with your full BP and fight against opponents that are equal to your strenght but it is a gamble, you may not complete even lower row on some days, meanwhile, if you start off without ANY bp then work your way up, you will defeat almost all your opponents and you will gain tokens, most certainly, but at a slower rate than people who are higher Tier, and also you will get less souls daily and worse rewards at the end of the season.
