at the UBP event I got to 40K crystals and got Brenji I dont know why i dont have him ! I even finished 4th place
I have even a picture that says exchanged
please help !!!!

When did you exchange, and if you did why didn't you say anything then. The event is over now, hardly anyrhing can be done about it now
