Well, i don't think that you have 100% chances for critic on one supporter and 0% on second so there is always chance for extra skill by shura. Also if you are going to use hakuteiken in pve for me it is sign that shura would benefit you and that he won't be useless. If you can do ES without vanguard you can use both uryu and shura. Secondly you just have to work on your critic stones and eventually uryu will be the one who is useless not shura And i think that if you lack critic stones for 2 partners you don't have enough block stones too and shura can help a lot with this problem. Two combos will work fine for sure but still that won't change fact that shura is superior to hakuteiken when it comes to pve. About pvp, if your yama dies there is small chance that hakuteiken will survive ( the only case i can imagine is attack from kirinji or some other partner with random attack-people don't use them too much in pvp and they rather try to stack other partners). On other hand shura can be usefull in pvp as well. After your yama attacks he will probably kill most of partners who aren't stacked, so than means that normally only one opponent will remain (watched HMA+Arena Battle quite quickly but i saw one situation like that). In that case shura will be better than haku because of bigger skill's growth rate and if you will give your characters some block stones shura decreasing break defense by 75% can be quite sneaky. Still it is rather situational but the same is with using both yama and haku. After all i think that there are greater chances for hakuteiken being useless than for shura And you can get shura and benefit in pve now while farming for hakuteiken in csb to get him later and use him either way. I quess it is better option than benefitting firstly in pvp( what i doubt) by getting hakuteiken and later farming for shura to benefit in pve. Always think first about pve . Still, your decision and you will do whatever you want

I meant that if Yama dies in Hma battle after skilling, then haku can finish it up in next battle
Shura isn't exactly useful in Pvp...
But yes, he's Shura-ly useful in Pve XD
I just want someone who benefits me all round.
Pve would only get me more silver...and a little more exp(from es coz i never really do ryoka void etc.) not much to do with silver at this point. . . reiatsu won't increase unless i stack silver ....janken don't need much more silver coz 11k reishi...what else is it useful for?

he wouldn't be useful coz I would already have spent his stuff on Shura ... can't afford to wait 2 more years to get 4k stones again

Well, if that the case then haku can be a little bit useful, but it is still pretty situational. And as I said shura is situational in pvp as well .Either way, as f2p you won't really get much from hueco and in regular pvp haku won't be much help. And he won't be better in pve than shura. I don't know what is your main focus in game but either way haku won't benefit you too much while shura will be great at least for ES. Even if you say you don't need much silver i guess it's better for you to get shura and benefit even if only a little bit than getting haku and getting almost none benefits. About uses for silver, i'm surprised that you say you have enough of it. What about soul cultivation, gear upgrade( at my lvl it is pretty expensive and at yours surely even more), hogyoku, partner modify? And if you will get some good partner from ubp, his lvl up will cost you really much. Can you really say you have enough for all of it? I don't think so, but even if it is true, still you can keep upgrading your reiatsu. Small boost is better than none boost. If you really wish that much for something OP what will benefit you all round you can stack your challenge stones for white ichigo (but i guess it would take too much time) or for sets from csb if they ever add them ( low chances). Or just get shura, but i'm pretty sure that hakuteiken won't give you more benefits than shura. I mean, exept situation when yama dies in hma, what is he good for?

So u can compare the two for yourself. Bya with zangetsu and shura with hyorin.
Bya: with 4lvl 11 and 2 lvl 10 str stones, lvl 52 on soul cultivation, t10 lvl 6 hogu, flawless phy att lvl 30, lvl 50 of the 120 acc set on str
Shura: with 4lvl 10 and 2 lvl 11 str stones, lvl 23 on soul cultivation, t11 lvl 8 hogu, red phy att(perfect) lvl 23, lvl 80 of the 140 acc set on str,
for pve u can compare the stats of str and pvp u  can compare speed. But shura has one lvl 8 agi stone while bya has 6lvl 10 agi stones.
