I would recommend contacting your credit card company or paypal or whatever you used and see what they can do. The service is not being provided. Perhaps they can offer some sort of help. It's a long shot, but at this point, I think it's even more of a long shot that this service is ever going to work as it is supposed to. Therefore, they have not provided the services they were paid to provide. Breach of contract.

I had been playing for 3 weeks in server 73, spent $200 on this (not a lot compare to others).

Decide not to spend any more money, b/c of their shitty game quality.

I will top up more if their game environment is good.
