Because all of her skills are still in Chinese, and all of her upgrade page is still in Chinese, why would they release it like that when you can't read it to know what you are upgrading or what her skills do ect.

Doubtful. This is GoGames.

They already have translated Bankai Renji, and some of the other unreleased event partners that will probably come out before any of the bikini partners.
