October's UBP - Hyorinmaru

I made this thread cause I have not received a reply from support for almost a month now. Here goes:

I want to ask what will the support team do for the people that did not get the Hyorinmaru reward due to the whole UBP mess-up. I personally got over 30k crystals total, counting before and after it reset, but could not claim the zanpakuto as it never showed 30k (22k before and 9k after crystals reset). Others who might have been in the same situation as me should get Hyorinmaru as we paid to get enough crystals and in the end we ended up receiving just the normal awards and title. I've already contacted support with several emails but have received no response from them. Honestly I'm thinking of disputing my payment through paypal to get my money back, as I did not get what I paid for. The only reason I'm "thinking" of doing it is because I know I'll probably get banned if I do that, even though I'm the one that basically got scammed. If we can't receive Hyorinmaru we should at least get a re-fund for what we spent during the event, even if it is just a partial re-fund.
So, I decided to make this post, in case this game's support sees it and replies or tries to help me and others in the same situation. What I ask is to either give Hyorinmaru to those who reached a total of 30k crystals but could not claim him, or re-fund them, at least partially for wasting money for something they did not get.


I couldn't post this because they do not allow the word: re-fund.
How wrong is that?

My advice, raise a paypal dispute whilst you can, as there a 45day limit on them. There 7 days until you can raise it to a paypal claim and as such it gives them a bit longer to ignore you, and you can assess your options without fear of gogames sitting there with your money laughing at how they screwed you

That's what I want to do, but it will most likely get me banned...

why would it get you banned? you paid for something and didn't get it.

Gogames seems to behave with no ethics, so wouldnt put anything past them. They likely try to argue "The zunpukto was an extra gift from our good will, their currency went on the xp/vitality and the item they got from the boxes"

Anyway getting banned is not that bad tbh, if I get my money back that. But still it is an enjoyable way to pass some time and I'd rather not. I just hope support sees this post or replies to my emails.

this works only if topped up with a paypal right. how about if a debit card was used?

i've the same problem !! don't get my reward too ! i was ranking first ...

i believe we never won't get our rewards from this event ...
