So im stuck at last stage of toshiro and need to bcome shura really fast so by using yoruichis favour can i get that floor done everyday by one click experience or just once after using gold there?

nope, yoruichi secret favor only give you spirit water item up to the floor you chose (only available till the last floor you defeated)
