Perfect couple event

Hello guys, so this new event (at least for me), its a event where you win roses and you can get shinigami Urahara and Youruichi. My question is, how does this work? Do i have to waste gold to get roses or there is another way?. Cause in my server there is only 1 lvl 100, and it says one of the things to win 60 roses, is to have a full lvl 100 set. Can anyone explain this event to me?

If that's the case,this is event for only the pay to play users and as Krem said only one guy can do it on our server.

Ok, so everyone realizes how stupid this event is! Good, now, can someone anyone tell me, how much they're ripping us off to get one of these characters? I can do math, I'm just curious what the prices are for the 50 and 200 rose bundle. cause 500 gold for 20 roses is highway Middle-finger robbery.

Spend 500 $ and get shini urahara & 800$ for shini Yoru.

It's ridiculous that f2p players get nothing from this kind of events. Only one person in our server can actually have shinigami urahara and yoruichi without spending gold. Unbelievable tbh.

nah, you should get spirit stone packs if ur gonna buy anything, they are the best deals atm
