i dont plan to go more than vip 2 cause i dont have alot money to put in that game i collect slowly vit as you say for ubp partners

If vip2 is as far as your going with VIP, here's my advice.  First off, nobody that is purple is worth putting work into really, second, if going for an offensive vang, save for ubp, not many great vangs have shown up there so I figure one may show up very soon, and no tavern vanguard is better than good, and if you going for a team that rides on the vang, not even starrk will cut the mustard.  As for a zanpacto. Tengan is decent, but keep in mind he neglects your supports, so a support like cute orihime is best back there. Shin aizen from HMA just isn't that outstanding if you can't upgrade him to Ultima. Especially when paired with a zan like tengen.  Personally I I were low VIP like you, I'd abandon the PVP game and stick with pve. Much better rewards. In which case, my team would look like this.  Zabimaro for zanpacto, pan grim, Quincy u, cute orihime, tavern kiuske (for the t1) and Shin Kenny from HMA to bring in for one of your assaulters for late ryoka

I would honestly hit lvl 90 so you can get tavern kenpachi. he's cheap and will help our your pve. and the higher dmg in pve you do the more silver you can get to spend on other partners. and i would get stark over shinji if that is what you want, he's better in pvp. if you are looking for a mixed team. get yama from filling up your exclusive bar, he's a good pvp and can do decent pve, it'll atleast give you a start. cute ori is a good option if you're going for pve, although you'll need tavern kempachi to really make it work well.

another thing if you want pvp, get stark at 100 to replace shinji, kisuke (he's a must in pvp and pve) main, yama, 1 more assaulter/support and shinsui kyoraku. shinsui's exclusive skill basically makes him a mini hiki and is great for f2p/low vip people

my team right now is komamura yoruichi harribel and shin toshiro. i have saved alot for take them . but i ll not propably upgrade tosh to daiguren i collect vit slowly and i have alot beauty games to do
the main problem for me now is that they dont put events that i can take reitsi :/ and i have halt at 800 gold reitsi as have write i like to play with my favorite chars like aizen hirako gin and tosh. i know the pve would help me more and if i stack zabi it would be good but i like the pvp consept . i know ill not be at high caliber like the most low vip or high vip ;) i play for fun

shin toshi is a downgraded harribel, gin is the one to pick ASAP, also, put tavern Kiuske in for D Toshi, by level 100, Kiuske is very easy to T1, and he makes T1 on the rest of your partners a piece of cake...   imagine a T1 Gin and Yourichi, and main with 10th skill...   you'd jump in PVP power for sure

that was the main consept i have tosh now cause i dont have something else now to put in i ll take urahara for sure now he can be full mod at 70 lvl for some reason

The only problem is reitsi :p i have ni 8 fury stones 8% and i need 45 days for 18880 coupons. I want hirako cause i love him and he cost  1000 not 2000 like starrk i know he is weaker but i preffer at 100 to take tin and then keep reitsi for tavern aizen
