50% critical rate for a partner means what?

he will do 50% of the damage
or
1 out of two hits, he will do crit damage. if so what is the % of crit that he will do?

eh if the mod dosent include suppass 90% it's stack at 90%

but when it mean 15% increase it refer to adding to the base crit
and it's hit rate so the math would be assuming crit rate - counter rate = chance crit rate + hit rate (hit rate - dodge rate over block rate - break rate)
but the dmg of crit is usally 1.5x more dmg then normal
