already anwsered here, you need atleast to collect 1 zanpakuto, which you get for minimum topup of 2 ...

Indeed..even ppl who can't spend big money, can get a decent amount of gold, with little input now and then

I think you can get sode no shirayuki from honor shop for free. So y bother topping up?? or is this probably the best event to top up??

Having Sode no Shirayuki (which you can purchase with coupons) still has nothing to do with getting the prize from Bankai Power. It's good to top-up on this event when everyone people accumulate the 15 "zanpakuto" in the event realm only gotten from topping up.
